Jimmy Dawahare is a successful business executive who has spent his entire career building businesses and brands by following a few core principles: understanding the emotional attachment that drives brand loyalty and staying attuned to the rapidly evolving technological environment.
Upper Right Marketing was founded in 2010 with those principles at its core. Its mission is to assist companies in their branding efforts through retail merchandise campaigns; Upper Right Marketing runs and operates e-commerce websites as well as brick and mortar company stores.
In 2006 Mr. Dawahare founded Alumni Hall Stores, a mall based fashion colligate retailer. After opening 14 stores, in 9 states, in less than one year, Mr. Dawahare sold Alumni Hall.
A retail veteran of over twenty years, Mr. Dawahare began his career at May Co. – today’s Macy’s.

Kirsten joined Upper Right Marketing, shortly after its inception in 2010, to manage day-to-day operations. She was a natural fit with the URM philosophy, as she has a history of building strong relationships with her customers – her intent always being to provide the customer with the very best solution for their specific needs.
Previously in sales and marketing with CLARK Material Handling Company for 11 years and in customer service roles with The J. Peterman Co for 10 years, Ms. Kegley understands the importance of brand identity and promotion.
Brett Morris is an online marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce development, optimization, multi-variate testing and analytics. He has overseen millions of dollars in revenue for dozens of online retailers and is an expert in creating optimization strategies that focus on all facets of the buying cycle.
Brett’s marketing and technical experience allows him to optimize the consumer facing experiences that drive retail sales and the back end systems that power the overall strategy.
